1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the Piktoto platform — including the official website at piktoto.my, the mobile app for iOS and Android, and any related services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("Member") and piktoto ("Company", "we", "Platform"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately stop using our services. Continued use following any amendments to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use piktoto's services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 18 years old on the date of registration.
• Must be an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in Malaysia.
• Not appearing on any prohibited individuals list maintained by any relevant regulatory authority.
• Not opening an account on behalf of another person or for money laundering purposes.
• Register only one account only per individual — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in all accounts being closed with balances returned after deducting any associated costs.
• Play with your own personal funds, not borrowed money or funds entrusted to you by another party.

Piktoto reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified period may result in account suspension until verification is complete.

3 Registration & Account Security

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure.

3.1 Password Responsibility

You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. Piktoto recommends using a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. Never share your password with anyone.

Piktoto will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you receive such a request, it is a phishing attempt and you should report it to our support team immediately.

3.2 Multiple Accounts

Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account on piktoto. If our system detects more than one account linked to the same individual based on IP address, device, payment information, or identity documents, all associated accounts will be suspended immediately, all bonuses received will be cancelled, and real funds may be withheld pending investigation.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

Piktoto supports all major payment methods in Malaysia, including Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank online banking, as well as Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay digital wallets. All transactions are processed through secure, verified payment channels.

4.1 Deposit

• The minimum deposit amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 1 to 5 minutes after successful payment is confirmed.
• Piktoto does not charge any fees for deposits. However, your financial institution may apply separate charges according to their own policies.
• You may only deposit funds from a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawal

• All withdrawals are processed within under 30 minutes after the request is submitted and verified.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or digital wallet that has completed the KYC verification process.
• Piktoto reserves the right to request additional documents for withdrawals exceeding certain amounts for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
• Your first withdrawal may take slightly longer to process due to standard security checks.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

Piktoto offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific rollover requirements stated on the relevant promotions page. It is your responsibility to read and understand the terms of a promotion before accepting it.

6 Game Rules

All games offered on piktoto use a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently certified by international certification bodies. This ensures every game outcome is truly random and cannot be influenced by anyone.

The RTP (Return to Player) percentage for each game follows the specifications set by the respective game provider and is displayed on each game's information page. piktoto does not modify any provider's RTP settings.

In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, piktoto will endeavor to restore the game to the last state recorded by the system. If this is not possible, the relevant wager will be voided and the amount credited back to your account.

7 Prohibited Conduct

Piktoto maintains a safe and fair environment for all members. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and recovery of real funds after deducting related costs:

• Use of automation software, bots, or any program designed to play automatically or exploit the system.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or manipulate piktoto's systems in any way.
• Money laundering or transferring suspicious funds through our platform.
• Falsifying identity information, using another person's account, or impersonating another user.
• Harassment, threats, or inappropriate language directed at support staff or other players.
• Collusion between players to exploit promotions or gain an unfair advantage.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Piktoto reserves the right to suspend or close the account of any member who violates these Terms and Conditions. In cases involving clear fraud or serious security threats, action may be taken without prior notice.

For less serious violations, Piktoto will attempt to contact the member in question before taking action. Members whose accounts have been suspended have the right to submit a written appeal to our support team, and we will review each case fairly within 7 working days.

Members may also request to close their own account at any time. Account closure requests will be processed within 3 working days. Any valid account balance will be returned to the original payment method once the verification process is complete.

9 Limitation of Liability

Piktoto is not liable for any losses arising from internet disruptions beyond our control, device or third-party software failures, or actions taken by players themselves that violate the terms of use.

Piktoto's maximum liability to any member under any circumstance is limited to the amount deposited by that member within the 30 days prior to the claim being made, subject to applicable legal determination.

10 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through a mutually agreed dispute resolution process before referring to formal legal proceedings.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be deemed void only to the extent of its invalidity, while all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
